The Dr. Shine OXY365 is a 5-litre home oxygen concentrator for people whose doctor has prescribed continuous oxygen at up to 5 litres per minute. It draws in room air and delivers 93–95% (±3%) oxygen through a unit with a digital display and a built-in nebuliser port, so medication and oxygen can run from the same machine.
It's built for long daily use: an oil-free compressor with CECA molecular sieves, alarms for power failure, low oxygen concentration and low pressure, and a sound level of 45 dB or less — which matters when the machine runs beside the bed at night. The manufacturer backs it with a 3-year or 15,000-hour warranty (whichever comes first), subject to regular filter replacement.
