Refund & Returns Policy

Morpheus Healthcare is an authorised distributor of prescription-grade sleep and respiratory medical devices. For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, once a device has been dispatched or used it cannot be returned or exchanged, and we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. We have built our process to make sure you are confident before you buy, rather than relying on returns afterwards:

  • Certified coach fitting โ€” a trained sleep coach helps you select and fit the right mask and therapy before purchase.
  • Genuine manufacturer warranty โ€” every device carries full manufacturer warranty, with our team handling service and support.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Your consumer rights are fully protected. If an item arrives damaged, is found defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for transit damage) or within the manufacturer warranty period (for defects). We will arrange repair, replacement, or resolution under the applicable manufacturer warranty at no cost to you. Please share your order details and photos or video of the issue so we can act quickly.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch โ€” just message us.

Non-returnable items

Masks, cushions, tubing, filters, and other consumable, hygiene, or personal-care items cannot be returned once opened.
