Yes, installation is free. Our team sets up the concentrator at home, sets the flow to the prescription, and shows the patient and family how to use it, fill the humidifier and clean the filters.
The OXY365 5 LPM carries a 3-year / 15,000-hour manufacturer warranty. The Multi carries 2 years / 10,000 hours. The 10 LPM and the Mini carry 2 years on the unit and 1 year on the sieve bed. All warranties are subject to regular filter replacement as per the user manual. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer, Healthshine; Morpheus is your point of contact for service and warranty support.
It depends on the flow your doctor has prescribed. The 5 LPM and the Multi cover prescriptions up to 5 litres per minute. Choose the 10 LPM if the prescription is above 5 litres per minute, or if two patients need oxygen from one machine. If you're unsure, send us the prescribed flow on WhatsApp and we'll suggest the right model.

All three home models sound an alarm on power failure. They run on mains power — about 350 W for the 5 LPM, up to 850 W for the Multi with its heater on, and up to 750 W for the 10 LPM — so if the patient depends on oxygen, plan for power backup. The Mini portable also runs on its battery or from a car socket.
The 5 LPM and the Mini are rated at 45 dB or less, the Multi at 50 dB or less, and the 10 LPM at 60 dB or less.
