Dr. Shine OXY365 10 LPM Dual-Flow Oxygen Concentrator

The Dr. Shine OXY365 10 LPM is a high-flow oxygen concentrator for patients prescribed more than 5 litres per minute, and for care settings that need to run two patients from one machine. It delivers up to 10 LPM of 93–95% (±3%) oxygen and comes with two humidifier bottles and flow meters, so it can feed two nasal cannulas at the same time; an exchange button switches between 5-litre and 10-litre output.

It's built for continuous duty, with a heavy-duty compressor, 10 PSI outlet pressure, a built-in nebuliser port, and alarms for power failure, low concentration and low pressure. At about 29 kg and up to 750 W it is a stationary machine — plan for a dedicated socket and, ideally, power backup.
