The Lumis 150 ST is a step beyond CPAP — a bilevel device that delivers a higher pressure when you breathe in and a lower one when you breathe out, with the option of a timed backup breath rate. Its clinical strengths are iVAPS (intelligent Volume-Assured Pressure Support), which automatically titrates pressure support to a target ventilation, and the intelligent Backup Rate (iBR), which adapts the backup rate to your own breathing for better synchrony. Vsync keeps the device in sync with you even when there's mask leak, and optional AutoEPAP manages upper-airway obstruction automatically.
