The two main type of sleep study tests are a full channel polysomnography (PSG) and a sleep apnea screening test. A full channel PSG involves monitoring multiple parameters including respiration, oxygenation, ECG, EEG, sleep architecture among others. Further, PSG has two sub categories - at home PSG and in clinic PSG test. A screening test is a simpler test which monitors respiration, oxygenation and obstructions during sleep. This test is conducted at home.

Our sleep study tests are conducted with the latest diagnostic devices which require minimal contact. The technician is not required to stay overnight for any of our home based sleep study tests. This ensures social distancing and complete privacy at home. Incase of the in-clinic PSG test conducted at our own facility, the technician will be present to assist you.
